About Western Ontario County
A Rich History and CultureMany towns in Western Ontario County were settled in the late 1700's. After the Revolutionary War, there was a surge of British immigrants to the western part of the county, as the landscape reminded them of their native England.
Today, the rolling hills of the western portion of the county and the steep mountains surrounding Bristol, are home to a variety of businesses and attractions.
